No Return Policy

All orders once confirmed are final and non-returnable.

Since every system is custom-built and site-specific, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Products once delivered or installed cannot be returned, including for reasons such as change of mind, site delays, or project changes.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of project status, material procurement, or internal changes.

Warranty Support for Branded Products

Components like solar panels, inverters, and batteries come with manufacturer warranties.

Suntria will support customers in initiating claims, but the final decision rests solely with the respective manufacturer.

Events Beyond Our Control

Natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or supply chain disruptions may impact project timelines.

Such events do not qualify for return or refund.

Legal & Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through arbitration under applicable Indian laws.
